Green Fuel
Palm-derived biodiesel, plantation to pump
Vertically integrated from plantation to fuel production, ensuring supply stability, traceability, and cost efficiency across B10–B100 grades.

Integrated upstream and downstream — by design
We produce biodiesel (B10–B100) from sustainably managed palm sources, with integrated upstream plantations and downstream refining capacity. The result: predictable feedstock cost, stable quality, and the ability to flex grades to market mandates.
Upstream control
Long-term plantation agreements and direct sourcing keep feedstock cost and traceability under our roof.
Downstream refining
Our refining capacity converts CPO into purified RBDPO and then into B10–B100 biodiesel grades.
Integrated logistics
Storage, blending, and shipping linked directly to refining throughput — minimising waste and inventory drag.
Demand pulled from mandates and corporate commitments
Domestic Blending
ASEAN biodiesel mandates (B10, B20, B30, and rising) create stable, regulation-anchored off-take.
Export Markets
Shipments to compliance-driven blending programmes in Europe, China, and India.
Carbon Credit Monetisation
Fossil-fuel displacement generates verifiable credits sold into voluntary and compliance markets.
Why our biodiesel platform is structurally advantaged
- 01
ASEAN is the world's largest palm oil producer
Operating in the centre of supply gives us cost-of-feedstock advantages over importing geographies.
- 02
Integrated supply enables margin control
From plantation to refinery to logistics, we capture margin at every stage instead of paying it away.
- 03
Government mandates ensure long-term demand
Rising biodiesel blending mandates across the region anchor decades of structural demand.
From CPO to commercial-grade biodiesel
- Step 01
Refining
Convert crude palm oil (CPO) into purified, refined RBDPO ready for chemical conversion.
- Step 02
Conversion
Trans-esterification with methanol and catalyst at 60–63°C produces methyl ester (biodiesel) and glycerin.
- Step 03
Separation
Phase separation removes glycerin, soaps, and unreacted impurities from the biodiesel stream.
- Step 04
Final Processing
Wash, dry, and polish to remove residual water and methanol — meeting EN 14214 / ASTM D6751 specs.
